1.How do I find the item I want to buy?

On the homepage, locate the category of the item you want to purchase (found in the category list at the top of the page, below the site title). Hover your mouse over the category name to see a list of sub-categories. Select the sub-category your item belongs to, and you will be directed to the product page. From there, you can choose the item you wish to purchase.

2. How do I place an order?

1. Click on the item you want to buy, select the size, and enter the quantity. Then, click “Add to Cart”.

2.Review the items in your shopping cart. If you have a coupon or discount code, enter it in the designated field.

3. When ready, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

4. Choose your checkout method: guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in from the right side of the page).

5. Click “Continue” to be redirected to the payment page.

6. Provide the destination address for the product, select your payment method, and enter your billing address.

7. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment details if needed.

8. Click “Process Order” to complete the checkout.

9. Be sure to save your order information in a secure place for future reference, such as checking your order status.

3. How long will be the parcel arrived our country?

After we ship your package, it will go through postal processing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary. Please allow some time for your package to arrive.

4. How to track my order?

1. If you are a registered member on our website, you can track your order using the “Order Inquiry” link.

2. Alternatively, our Customer Service team can assist you with tracking your order.

3. Once we receive the tracking number from the shipping carrier, we will send it to you along with a tracking link to monitor your package’s status.

5. How can I change or cancel my order?

Once we receive your payment, we process your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us within 2 days. After the package has been shipped, it becomes difficult to intercept. We appreciate your understanding.

6. How can I return items to your company?

1. If the product has no quality issues, we cannot accept returns.

2. If there are minor issues with the product (e.g., stains or loose threads), we recommend cleaning or repairing the item, and we will provide appropriate compensation.

3. We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or if you simply no longer like the item. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Why was my card charged more than the product price?

We only charge the product price. Any additional fees are likely charged by your bank as transaction fees. We appreciate your understanding.
